Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day, however, please allow up to 2 days for dispatch, especially during busy periods.

UK Next Day Special Delivery Service is offered via Royal Mail @ £8.95

UK Next Day Tracked 24 delivery is offered via Royal Mail @ £6.99  

Standard UK Tracked 48 delivery is offered via Royal Mail @ £4.99 (FREE OVER £100)  

When using Standard UK Tracked 48 delivery, please allow up to 10 working days for you order to arrive. If your order fails to arrive within 10 working days, please contact us at pokenade98@gmail.com.

Please note that overseas, the couriers do not offer a guaranteed time and therefore no claims are applicable.

 

Liability

PokeNade does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
PokeNade will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer, caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders once they have been handed to the courier.
